Mineola, February 24, 2009 — The
online article highlights Forchelli, Curto, Crowe, Deegan,
Schwartz, Mineo and Cohn LLP’s 10-year, 35k-SF lease
at The Omni, 333 Earle Ovington Blvd. in Uniondale, Long
Island. The relocation from the current Mineola office
is scheduled for late Spring or early Summer.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. RXR Realty
is the landlord. Attorney Brian Sahn oversaw the Firm’s
selection process, and attorney Barbara Alesi spearheaded
lease negotiations.
