ARMAND D’AMATO
JOINS The Firm
Mineola, April 10, 2002 — Armand D’Amato, a
resident of Lloyd’s Neck, NY, has rejoined the law
firm he helped found over 25 years ago. D’Amato will
be Of Counsel, contributing his wide-ranging experience
in health care and environmental land use to the 36-attorney,
Mineola-based firm Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo, Cohn & Terrana, LLP, recognized for its practice
areas in matters of real estate, tax certiorari, and environmental
law, as well as trusts & estates, elder law, commercial,
and transactional matters.
In making the announcement, The Firm Managing Partner
Jeffrey D. Forchelli stated, “It is with great personal
and professional pride that I announce today that my friend
and colleague Armand D’Amato is rejoining the firm
he helped found in 1976.”
Armand D’Amato practiced at the firm for 17 years,
leaving in 1993 to establish his own consulting practice,
The Lloyd Group.
“I am eager to resume my professional association
with Jeff Forchelli and the The Firm law firm,”
stated D’Amato. “It was an honor to be a part
of the firm’s beginnings and I’ve been proud
to witness its growth and progress over the years. It’s
good to be back.”

Armand D’Amato has been a resident of Long Island
for over 30 years, and has served the community in many
ways. He has been a Board member for over 20 years at the
Little Village School for Developmentally Disabled Children,
and presently serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Deafness
Research Foundation, active in finding a cure for deafness.
