LESLIE Z. PLUMP, ESQ., JOINS The Firm
Mineola, October 05, 2002 — Leslie Z. Plump, a resident
of Glen Cove, NY and previously of counsel to the Jericho-based
law firm, Ricca & Donnelly, P.C. (R&D), has been
named Of Counsel to the law firm Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo, Cohn & Terrana, LLP following that
firm’s acquisition of R&D. R&D’s 15-member
firm moved into The Firm’s offices at 330 Old Country
Road, Mineola, New York, on the first of this month.
Plump began his career as Real Estate Counsel for Citibank,
N.A., departing after 14 years to start his own firm. After
more than two decades as solo practitioner at the helm of
his own real estate law practice, he became of counsel to
R&D where he carried forward the firm’s concentration
in the practice areas of banking and real estate.
He is admitted to practice in New York State as well as
before various Courts, and is a member of several professional
groups, including the American Arbitration Association and
the American Bar Associations. Among the non-profit organizations
and civic associations he has served and/or continues to
serve include: Science Museum of Long Island; North County
Reform Temple; Nassau County Council, Boy Scouts of America;
and City of Glen Cove Community Development Agency. For
15 years he served as either area chair or a member of the
Cornell University Alumni Secondary School Committee.
