Andrea Tsoukalas Selected as an
Associate Member of the Long Island Builders Institute
(LIBI)
Mineola, March 2009 — Andrea Tsoukalas,
Associate at Forchelli,
Curto, Crowe, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo and Cohn LLP, has
been selected
as an Associate Member of the Long Island Builders Institute
(LIBI). LIBI is an association of building industry professionals
who are dedicated to making Long Island a better place
to live and work by creating a balance between the economy,
the environment and development in the Long Island region.
Andrea Tsoukalas joined the firm in January
of 2005 and concentrates her practice in zoning, land
use, environmental and municipal law matters and civil
litigation. Ms. Tsoukalas represents a wide variety of
clients, including national corporate chains, local developers
and small business owners in the development of commercial
and residential properties. She also serves as counsel
to the Village of Kensington Zoning Board of Appeals
and the Architectural Review Board.
Ms. Tsoukalas is also a member of the New
York State Bar, Nassau County Bar and Nassau County Women’s
Bar Associations.
