NAMES FIVE ATTORNEYS AS PARTNERS
Mineola, January 13, 2003 — The Mineola-based law
firm Forchelli, Curto, Schwartz, Mineo, Carlino, & Cohn,
LLP (The Firm) has named five firm attorneys as partners:
Warren E. Arthur, William F. Bonesso, Andrew E. Curto, Steven
G. Gaebler, and Judy L. Simoncic.

fine attorneys,” stated The Firm Managing Partner
Jeffrey D. Forchelli, “Each has contributed their
expertise and talent to the success of our clients and to
the success of this firm.”
All of the newly named partners have been with The Firm
for a minimum of five years and concentrate in the following
practice areas: Warren S. Arthur, tax certiorari; William
F. Bonesso, land use, zoning, environmental, municipal law,
real estate and litigation; Andrew E. Curto, civil litigation;
Steven G. Gaebler, residential and commercial real estate,
banking, financing and secured transactions; and Judy L.
Simoncic, land use, zoning, environmental, municipal law,
real estate and litigation.
Over the past four years, The Firm has undertaken expansion
through internal growth, mergers, and the acquisition of
established practices, enabling The Firm to offer its
corporate and individual clients a full compendium of services,
while successfully competing with other firms. Founded in
1976 by Jeffrey D. Forchelli, the firm added William S.
Cohn in 1998; Curto, Barton & Alesi, P.C. in 1999; Terence
Smolev P.C. in 2001, and Ricca & Donnelly in 2002. In
2002, Armand D’Amato rejoined the firm as Of Counsel.
