ATTORNEY JUDY L. SIMONCIC NAMED PARTNER AT The Firm

Mineola, February 03, 2003 — The Mineola-based law firm, Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo, Cohn & Terrana, LLP, has named Judy L. Simoncic a partner of the firm.

Simoncic, a resident of Long Beach, NY, joined The Firm in 1992, and concentrates her practice in land use and zoning, environmental, municipal law, real estate, and litigation.

“Judy represents major corporations and individual real estate developers alike in all phases of residential and commercial property development,” stated The Firm Managing Partner Jeffrey D. Forchelli. “Her partnership is a natural extension of the considerable talent and legal ability she demonstrates in representing firm clients.”

Simoncic earned her J.D. at Hofstra University School of Law and her B.S. in Business Management from Ithaca College. She has been involved with many of FCSMCC’s prominent land use and zoning cases, including representation of national franchises seeking approvals from municipal boards throughout Long Island.

Simoncic is a member of the Nassau County and the New York State Bar Associations.
