ATTORNEY JUDY SIMONCIC SECURES TARGET CONSTRUCTION APPROVAL
Mineola, December 16, 2003 — Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo, Cohn & Terrana, LLP Partner Judy
L. Simoncic successfully secured unanimous approval from
the board at the Town of Oyster Bay for the construction
of a Target store at Broadway Mall in Hicksville.
Simoncic, who concentrates her practice at the Mineola-based
law firm in residential and commercial real estate, covers
matters pertaining to land use and zoning, environmental,
municipal law, and litigation. She represents major corporations
and individual developers alike.
“This approval is significant to Hicksville, making
way for nearly 200 new jobs,” stated Simoncic. “The Firm
will continue to work with all parties to facilitate Target’s
plans to open by October 2004.”
Simoncic has been involved with many of The Firm’s
prominent land use and zoning cases, bringing to bear not
only her law degree, but also her B.S in Business Management.
