Mineola, February 06, 2004 — Gary M. Kushner, partner-in-charge
of the firm's Bankruptcy Department, is featured in the
latest issue of the Long Island Business News offering expert
commentary concerning the recent increase in electronic
bankruptcy filings.

Gary M. Kushner concentrates his practice in the areas of
bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, insolvency and related
