Mineola, January 07, 2005 — The Firm Managing Partner,
Jeffrey D. Forchelli, is featured in the latest issue of
Long Island Business News. In the editorial, Forchelli reflects
on the firm's success in 2004 and offers predictions for
2005.
"We found that 2004 was a terrific year. I would take
a rerun of 2004 in a heartbeat. However, we anticipate 2005
being better than 2004." notes Forchelli. "We've
added personnel. We have a large backlog of business. And,
in land use and property development, once cases get into
the pipeline, clients, in general, don't stop. With the
volume we've built over the last two to three years, we
expect 2005 to be 8 percent to 10 percent better in volume
than 2004," Forchelli explained.
Forchelli concentrates on complex real estate and land use
matters including litigation and tax certiorari for major
real estate developers and national corporations.
