Andrea Tsoukalas
Joins The Firm as an Associate
Mineola, January 08, 2005 — Andrea Tsoukalas, a resident
of New Hyde Park, New York, has joined the Mineola-based
law firm of Forchelli, Curto, Schwartz, Mineo, Carlino &
Cohn LLP (The Firm), as an associate.
“Andrea is the latest addition to our growing firm
of talented attorneys,” said The Firm Managing
Partner Jeffrey D. Forchelli. “Her aptitude in the
areas of real estate law will assist our major practice
areas and clients.”
Tsoukalas will concentrate her practice in land use and
zoning, municipal law, real estate and digitization. She
recently worked on Long Island University’s successful
application before the Village of Brookville Zoning Board
of Appeals to expand the Tilles Center for the Performing
Arts.
Tsoukalas earned her B.A. at Hofstra University, magna cum
laude, and her J.D. at New York Law School, cum laude. Prior
to joining The Firm, Tsoukalas was an associate at Murphy
& Lynch, P.C., where she represented clients in a wide
variety of land use and zoning matters, including applications
for special use permits, variances, and subdivisions and
related Article 78 litigation. Tsoukalas also has experience
in the areas of real estate and commercial litigation. She
is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the
American Bar Association.
