Jacoby is featured in the latest issue of the New York Real
Estate Journal as one of 2005's top "Women in Real
Estate".
Discussing her professional accomplishments Jacoby explains

When I made partner in 2002, it was by far the biggest accomplishment
of my career, not only as an attorney but as a woman."
Judy Simoncic Jacoby concentrates her practice in land use
and zoning, environmental, real estate and municipal law.
She has represented major corporations and individual real
estate developers on zoning applications, helping to develop
a wide variety of residential and commercial properties.
Her talents have been tapped regarding some of the area’s
larger projects, including the subdivision of 700 acres
of land in Bethpage formerly owned by Northrop Grumman Corp.
