Forchelli Firm Moving to The Omni,

July 2009 — Jeffrey D. Forchelli,
managing partner, has announced that effective, July 24,
2009 the Firm name will be Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz,
Mineo, Cohn & Terrana,
LLP and the new address will be The Omni, 333 Earle Ovington
Blvd. Suite 1010,Uniondale, New York 11553.
“It gives me great pleasure to announce that we will
be moving our offices to spacious new quarters on the top
floor of The Omni Building in Uniondale. Our new location
will be convenient to accommodate our many clients both on
Long Island and in New York City,” states Mr. Forchelli.

of the Firm. When the Firm was formed in 1976, it was a
