Mineola, May 11, 2007 — Partner Judy Simoncic Jacoby
has been featured in the latest issue of Long Island Business
News in their "Ones to Watch" article featuring
up and coming attorneys from the Long Island region.
A graduate of the Hofstra University School of Law, Simoncic
Jacoby joined the Mineola-based law firm in the fall of
1992. She specializes in land use and zoning, environmental,
real estate and municipal law. She has represented major
corporations and individual real estate developers on zoning
applications, helping to develop a wide variety of residential
and commercial properties. Her talents have been tapped
regarding some of the area’s larger projects, including
the subdivision of 700 acres of land in Bethpage formerly
owned by Northrop Grumman Corp.
