Mineola, May 11, 2007 — Partner John Terrana, head
of the The Firm Tax Certiorari Department, has been featured
in the latest issue of Long Island Business News offering
commentary concerning Martindale-Hubbell’s attorney
ratings.
In the article, Mr. Terrana notes that “People do
more research online", and explains how the service
puts ratings at the consumers’ fingertips, turning
Martindale-Hubbell into an enormous force when it comes
to the hiring of lawyers.
Mr. Terrana counsels
clients in all aspects of real estate taxation, including
tax exemptions, the estimation of taxes for new construction,
lease tax escalation clauses and the sale, purchase and

include national, regional and local owners and tenants
of all types of commercial and residential property.
Prior to joining The Firm, Mr. Terrana served as a Deputy
