N. Benes, a resident of Valley Stream, New York, has joined
the Mineola-based law firm of Forchelli, Curto, Schwartz,
Mineo, Carlino & Cohn LLP (The Firm) as an associate.
A graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (2001),
Ms. Benes concentrates her practice in real estate transactions,
including condominium and cooperative law. She has represented
lenders, business entities and individuals in the financing,
purchase, sale and leasing of residential and commercial
real estate.
