Stromberg was listed in Long Island Business News’ “Newsmaker” section
for joining Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo,

Michael S.
Stromberg practices in the areas of Trusts and Estates,
Corporate and Real Estate law. Mr. Stromberg concentrates
primarily on handling all aspects of trust and estate matters,
including contests, trustee and executor litigation, beneficiary
disputes, guardianships and estate planning. Mr. Stromberg
has wide-ranging experience including handling residential
and commercial real estate closings for both buyers and
sellers, drafting and negotiating contracts of sales, and
handling issues with state and local governments relating
to real estate matters. In his corporate practice, he has
also represented buyers and sellers of businesses from
inception to closing; negotiating and drafting agreements
and contracts for corporations, partnerships and not-for-profits.
Prior
to joining the Firm, Mr. Stromberg was a Partner at Kleinman & Stromberg
for six years and a sole practitioner at the Law Office
of Michael S. Stromberg from 1993-2003.
