Peter Mills Alpert (Boston University School of Law, 1979)
practiced real estate law in New York City before joining
the Firm in 1984. He practices in the areas of real estate
acquisition, leasing, finance, corporate and commercial
law, and condominiums and cooperatives.
Mr. Alpert has been
awarded an "AV" legal ability and ethics rating
by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory – the very highest rating this nationally
recognized publication has established. This rating is based upon extensive confidential
peer review surveys.
Mr. Alpert is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
He was a member of the Advisory Board of First American
Title Insurance Company of New York. He is a member of
the Roslyn School District Budget Advisory Committee, as
well as the Board of Directors of Community Mainstreaming
Associates, Inc., and is Secretary of that organization.
