Welcome New Partners & Associates
Partner, Joe Cuomo
Mr. Cuomo, a graduate of St. John’s University School
of Law, concentrates his practice on the representation
of private and public companies and emerging businesses
with respect to business law and transactional matters.
He serves as “outside” general counsel to numerous
middle market private companies. His practice also encompasses
the representation of institutional and individual investors
(including venture capital funds) and private equity funds
with respect to their portfolio company transactions.
Partner, Dan Deegan
Mr. Deegan, a graduate of St. John's University School of
Law, concentrates his practice in real estate transactions,
land use and zoning law, municipal incentives/industrial
development agency transactions, and government relations/municipal
law. He served as City Attorney for the City of Glen Cove
for more than ten years.
Partner, Kathleen Deegan
Dickson
Ms. Deegan Dickson, a graduate of St. John's University
School of Law, concentrates her practice in real estate
transactions, land use and zoning law. She is former counsel
to the City of Glen Cove Planning and Zoning Boards. She
serves on the Advisory Council of the North Shore University
Hospital at Glen Cove
Partner, Frank Davis
Mr. Davis, a graduate of New York Law School, concentrates
his practice in real estate transactions, including commercial
leasing and municipal law, and industrial development agency
transactions. Frank serves on the Board of Trustees of Jericho
Jewish Center.
Associate, Eli Elbaum
Mr. Elbaum, a graduate of Fordham University School of Law,
concentrates his practice in land use and zoning law, and
municipal law. In addition to work before municipal boards
throughout Long Island, Mr. Elbaum has appeared before New
York City’s Board of Standards and Appeals, Building
Department, Environmental Control Board and Landmarks Preservation
Commission.
Associate, Thomas Glascock
Thomas Glascock, a graduate of the State University of New
York at Buffalo Law School, concentrates his practice in
real estate transactions, corporate law and environmental
law. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Huntington
Township Chamber of Commerce, the Huntington Chamber Foundation,
and the Huntington Arts Council.
Associate, Ian Haberstro
Ian Haberstro, a graduate of Hofstra University School of
Law, concentrates his practice in real estate transactions,
industrial development agency law and condominium law.
Associate, Domenica R. Leone
Domenica Leone, a graduate of St. John’s University
School of Law, concentrates her practice in real estate,
and land use and zoning law.
