Franklin R. Davis (New York Law School, 1986) concentrates
his practice in commercial real estate transactions, including
drafting, negotiating, and closing of purchase and sale
agreements, related financing documents, and commercial
leases. Mr. Davis has successfully closed many sophisticated,
high–profile and high value transactions for projects
throughout Long Island and New York City.
Mr. Davis has
particular expertise in public finance and municipal law,
including extensive experience in negotiating municipal
development agreements with various local industrial development
agencies. He is a member of the Nassau County, New York
State, and American Bar Associations. In addition, Mr.
Davis serves on the Board of Trustees of Jericho Jewish
Center.
