Frank Davis (New York Law School, 1986) concentrates his
practice in the area of municipal finance and real estate
law and is experienced in the areas of economic development
incentives, commercial leasing and real estate finance.
His practice also encompasses general real estate matters,
including the acquisition and disposition of real property
and loans secured by real property.
Frank has experience
in handling complex multi-state financings, securitized
real estate financings, construction loans and loan syndications.
He has been involved in the acquisition, financing, development,
and disposition of shopping centers, office buildings,
hotels and residential projects.
He is a member of the New
York State Bar Association, is on the Board of Trustees
of Jericho Jewish Center and on the Board of Directors
of the Jericho Athletic Association.
