Michael S. Stromberg, Esq.

Michael S. Stromberg (Pace University School of Law, 1989)
practices in the areas of Trusts and Estates, Corporate
and Real Estate law. Mr. Stromberg concentrates primarily
on handling all aspects of trust and estate matters, including
contests, trustee and executor litigation, beneficiary
disputes, guardianships, and estate planning. Mr. Stromberg
has wide-ranging experience including handling residential
and commercial real estate closings for both buyers and
sellers, drafting and negotiating contracts of sales, and
handling issues with state and local governments relating
to real estate matters. In his corporate practice, he has
also represented buyers and sellers of businesses from
inception to closing; negotiating and drafting agreements
and contracts for corporations, partnerships, and not-for-profits.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Stromberg was a Partner
at Kleinman & Stromberg
for six years and a sole practitioner at the Law Office of Michael S. Stromberg
from 1993–2003. He started as an associate at Siben & Ferber in 1989.
Michael received an Environmental Law Certificate from Pace University.
Mr. Stromberg
is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the
Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member
of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations
and served on various committees, including a former Chairman
of the Conciliation Committee and member of the Grievance
Committee. Michael is on the Advisory Board of the First
American Title Insurance Company and a member of the Long
Island Board of Realtors. He was also President of the
Plainview Jewish Center from 2006–2008, and is currently on the Board of
Directors.
